Christine Hewitt and Cindy Sytsma first met in kindergarten at Sunset Hills Elementary in San Diego. Their friendship carried them through Black Mountain Middle School and Mt. Carmel High School, where they graduated in 1993.
Now, as wives of military veterans and proud mothers, they’re combining their professional strengths—Christine’s extensive background as a certified driving instructor and Cindy’s experience in education—to create a learning environment that’s both safe and supportive.
HOT RODZ DRIVING ACADEMY is a family-owned business where every student is treated like one of our own. With help from their families—Christine’s daughters, Jessica and Vanessa (with Jessica also being a licensed instructor), and Cindy’s children, Maddie and Wyatt—this venture is truly a labor of love.
